What are we looking for?
A humble and driven Tech Lead with a passion for technical leadership and continuous improvement. With us, creativity, collaboration, and curiosity are the keys to success. As our Tech Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the technical direction of our e-commerce platform.You’ll lead by example, guiding the Customer Journey team—one of four teams in our department—while actively contributing as a hands-on developer. Together, we’ll rebuild central parts of our platform and continuously improve the customer experience.We’re looking for a seasoned developer who enjoys writing clean, scalable code and is ready to lead by example, balancing technical excellence with fostering team collaboration.
What do we expect from you?
You're a full-stack developer focused on frontend, and are familiar with:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with SVG or Canvas is a plus
- Modern frontend frameworks, with Svelte experience as a bonus
- Building APIs and integrating with third-party APIs
- Caching technologies like Redis
- Node.js frameworks like Express/Fastify
- Developing component libraries
- Creating your own NPM packages
Additionally, as a Tech Lead, we expect you to:
- Guide the technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with the team: write clean, scalable code, review code, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions
- Support team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing, and lead by example
- Take ownership of technical decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals
- Be a problem-solver, proactively identifying and addressing challenges in the development process
- Champion innovation by evaluating and implementing technologies that improve the platform and user experience

What is the Customer Journey team, you will be joining responsible for?
- Our storefront and all visual components for our customers
- Integration with our headless CMS
- Customer tools and editors
Where? When? How?
You’ll work (hybrid) from our headquarters in Lomma, meaning you can work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. However, you’re more than welcome to be at our fantastic office 5 days a week if you prefer. We offer better coffee than most cafés and a chef who prepares fantastic meals at great prices, exclusively for our employees!
