What You Will Do

As one of our first dedicated data engineering consultants, you’ll play a critical role in building impactful, data-driven solutions for our clients. Beyond delivering scalable and efficient data pipelines, you’ll help shape our company culture and set the standard for data engineering excellence at Mpya Digital.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to help clients design, build, and maintain robust data platforms. Your work will directly drive business value, enable data-driven decision-making, and inspire both clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Swedish
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, including expertise in tools such as Spark, Kafka, SQL, and modern ETL pipelines
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience in designing cloud-native data architectures
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and distributed systems
• Experience with DevOps practices for data (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code)
• Previous consulting experience is a strong advantage
• Based in the Malmö area
